This spring, Naked Shapes, Boisbuchet’s exhibition presenting Japanese domestic and aluminium objects from 1910 to 1960 will be on display at the Maison de l’Architecture in Poitiers from March 26th until July 30th.
The scenography for the exhibition is inspired by the Boisbuchet’s Kyakuden, a traditional japanese guesthouse guesthouse dating from the 1860’s that was imported in the Domaine in 2008.
The exhibition is organised in partnership with the Ville de Poitiers, Les Beaux-arts-Le Miroir and La Maison de l’Architecture Poitou-Charente.
As part of SALONE DEL MOBILE, Boisbuchet will have a booth at the Salone Satelite to highlight current works and introduce the 25th annual workshop programme.
As part of this anniversary year, we invite YOU to attend our ALUMNI EVENT held during the Milan fair:

Major building works enlarge Boisbuchet’s program and capacities.
Between September 2013 and April 2015, an extensive transformation is taking place at Domaine de Boisbuchet. The construction works will significantly enrich the range of activities Boisbuchet can offer and turn it into an all-round centre for design-related research. Thanks to a nomination as Pôle d’excellence rurale, the Departement de la Charente, the region Poitou-Charente, the French Republic and the European Union support this task.
