We are happy to announce that for the sixth consecutive time, this workshop will be held in cooperation with ENSA, the National Higher School of Arts of Limoges.
We will create ludic objects to be used by children and adults. We will employ the technique of mould making to manufacturing the prototype of an object in porcelain, which is only associated with other materials to this point. It will have no other function that being handled, shared or being friendly.
Methology: The participants will benefit from classes at Boisbuchet, a field trip on porcelain in the region and from using the kilns and the porcelain workshop at ENSA.

Please bring to the course: desires, ideas, sketches, models and various tools and materials you thikn will be helpful for you to carry out their project.
Bernardaud Porcelaine de Limoges, one of the major porcelain manufacturers in France, is supporting the workshop and the participants will be able to visit the manufactury and their summer exhibition in Limoges.

WORKSHOP LEADER
Ceramist-modeller, Christian Couty experiences many year ago the techniques of the porcelain in various fields as object design or fashion. Founder president and active member of the association « esprit porcelaine », Christian Couty lives in Limoges and is professor in the National school of arts of Limoges.
