SUMMER WORKSHOPS BOISBUCHET
Conditions of participation
· Payment
- The registration will only take effect once we have received the entire fee for your workshop. This
amount must be transferred within three weeks of receipt of the invoice we send you, to one of the bank
accounts indicated.
- All bank charges are to be paid by the payer.
- For registrations arriving within three weeks of the start date of a workshop the full course fee is due
immediately after registering.
· Cancellation
- If a participant cancels up to six weeks prior to the beginning of a course ’ 200 of his participation fee
will be retained. In this case, the registered individual has the option of naming a substitute to attend in
his or her place. The personal details for this individual have to be promptly sent to Vitra Design
Museum, no later than two weeks prior to the beginning of the course. The entitlement to a student
discount can only be granted for individuals who meet the requirements.
For cancellations after this cut-off date, the full participation fee will be due.
- The organiser reserves the right to make changes in the sequence and content of the workshop
programme, as well as to replace the instructor in case of illness.
Should the course be cancelled by the organiser, the participation fees we have received up to this point
will be refunded in full. Additional costs that have already been incurred in connection with travel
arrangements will not be reimbursed.
- If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course will be cancelled. Those who have
registered for this workshop will be notified in writing ten days prior to the start of the course. Should it
not be possible to reach you during this time at the home address or e-mail you have provided, we ask
you to get in touch with us in due time. Otherwise we are unfortunately unable to accept liability.
· Insurance
Each participant is responsible for arranging sufficient insurance coverage for the duration of the
workshop - accident, liability and health insurance for travel abroad including evacuation, theft insurance
for one!s personal effects. The organiser is not liable for any costs or damages. For all its offered
courses and undertakings, the organiser shall not be liable for any damages to persons or property
caused by sovereign acts of any government, acts of God or nature or by third parties.
· Intellectual Property Rights
For all designs and works produced during the workshops at Boisbuchet, CIRECA reserves the
right to retain these objects and use them without limitation for educational purposes. If the objects
are used commercially, however, the designer is entitled to the customary royalties.
