During the European Heritage Days on September 20th and 21st, Domaine de Boisbuchet offers a last round of guided tours through its architectural park and the exhibition „Paradise is a Work in Progress.“The tour includes Boisbuchet’s latest buildings: Alexander Brodsky’s Nameless Structure and the Techstyle Haus by Team Inside-Out.
The Nameless Structure is an architectural collage assembled of recycled materials and blended into a small forest. The poetic cabin had been realized this August in a one-week workshop run by Russian architect Alexander Brodsky. Since its completion it inspired following creations of Boisbuchet’s summer Workshops as well as the visiting public.
Techstyle Haus has been developed by American and German students (Team Inside-Out) together with international companies and the Domaine de Boisbuchet. The hightech structure is designed entirely according to the necessities of a passive house with solar collectors that generate all required energy. It had been presented this summer at the Solar Decathlon competition in Versailles and is now being permanently installed at Boisbuchet.
