Yana Yanakieva est une experte internationale du vin, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Bordeaux, en France, avec 15 ans d’exp\u00e9rience dans l’industrie viticole fran\u00e7aise. Elle a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 l’unit\u00e9 commerciale sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e Vins & Spiritueux \u00e0 l’IPC Bordeaux. Sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9, Wine Fluently, organise des circuits viticoles de luxe dans les vignobles et les ch\u00e2teaux des terroirs de France, et de Bordeaux en particulier, en explorant l’histoire, la gastronomie et l’art du bon vin. Elle a travaill\u00e9 au Ch\u00e2teau La Gaffeli\u00e8re \u00e0 Saint-Emilion et au Ch\u00e2teau Pichon-Longueville \u00e0 Pauillac. Yana est \u00e9galement une artiste accomplie, ayant tout r\u00e9cemment particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une exposition de groupe au Ch\u00e2teau de Rayne-Vigneau \u00e0 Sauternes. Depuis qu’elle a travaill\u00e9 comme responsable du marketing et de la communication au Ch\u00e2teau Mary France Wine en Chine en 2012, son travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement influenc\u00e9 par l’Asie centrale et orientale. Sa pratique artistique cherche \u00e0 explorer de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de relier la nature et la gastronomie. Pour Yana, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 fait partie int\u00e9grante de sa vie quotidienne puisqu’elle s’exprime dans tout ce qu’elle fait.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Pour sa r\u00e9sidence \u00e0 Boisbuchet. Yana a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie d’images repr\u00e9sentant la “Table de l’Empereur”, cr\u00e9\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux trouv\u00e9s sur place \u00e0 Boisbuchet. Le projet \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9 de petits po\u00e8mes relatifs aux ingr\u00e9dients de l’\u0153uvre, tels que des plumes, des fruits, de la mousse et des fleurs. En tant que membre associ\u00e9 d’Escoffier International, Yana a \u00e9galement document\u00e9 ses exp\u00e9riences alimentaires \u00e0 Boisbuchet, en photographiant la nourriture et en explorant les fruits de saison trouv\u00e9s sur le Domaine.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
