Le Domaine de Boisbuchet recrute un\u00b7e Directeur\u00b7rice G\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00b7e<\/strong><\/p>\n

Centre international de stages, de recherche et de r\u00e9sidences artistiques \u00e0 l\u2019intersection du design, de l\u2019architecture, de la nature et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 depuis plus de 35 ans, le Domaine de Boisbuchet recherche un\u00b7e responsable passionn\u00e9\u00b7e pour assurer la gestion \u00e9conomique, administrative et le d\u00e9veloppement strat\u00e9gique du projet.<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le co-fondateur et ancien directeur du Vitra Design Museum en Allemagne, le Domaine de Boisbuchet organise principalement des ateliers qui attirent chaque ann\u00e9e des participants du monde entier. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoutent des workshops pour des entreprises et des universit\u00e9s, des r\u00e9sidences pour des cr\u00e9ateurs individuels, des expositions destin\u00e9es \u00e0 notre public comme \u00e0 d\u2019autres institutions, ainsi que divers \u00e9v\u00e9nements ouverts \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\n

Situ\u00e9 dans un cadre rural, entre Limoges, Poitiers et Angoul\u00eame, le domaine s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 150 hectares et comprend des b\u00e2timents historiques au sein d\u2019un parc paysager, enrichi r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement par de nouvelles architectures innovantes. Boisbuchet dispose \u00e9galement d\u2019une collection reconnue par les experts internationaux, d\u2019une biblioth\u00e8que sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e et d\u2019un large r\u00e9seau mondial de partenaires dans les domaines du design, de l\u2019architecture, de l\u2019art, de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de la culture.<\/p>\n

Dans la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019histoire de ce lieu et de ses activit\u00e9s, nous recherchons un d\u00e9veloppement p\u00e9renne fond\u00e9 sur la solidit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, qui constituera le c\u0153ur des missions de la future direction.<\/p>\n

Les missions incluent :
<\/strong>– recherche et gestion de financements
– d\u00e9veloppement et supervision du marketing
– organisation et supervision de l\u2019administration
– organisation et supervision des ressources humaines
– contribution au d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques<\/p>\n

Profil recherch\u00e9 :
<\/strong>– exp\u00e9rience confirm\u00e9e en gestion \u00e9conomique et partenariats professionnels
– excellente ma\u00eetrise du fran\u00e7ais et de l\u2019anglais
– bonne connaissance du secteur institutionnel et de l\u2019innovation
– exp\u00e9rience dans la mobilisation de financements publics et priv\u00e9s
– comp\u00e9tences relationnelles, force de conviction et capacit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation
– autonomie dans le travail
– vif int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le design et l\u2019architecture<\/p>\n

Conditions :
<\/strong>– engagement \u00e0 long terme (minimum 3 ans)

Un logement est disponible sur le Domaine de Boisbuchet, \u00e0 quelques minutes de la ville de Confolens (sous-pr\u00e9fecture de la Charente) et \u00e0 une heure de Limoges, Angoul\u00eame et Poitiers.<\/p>\n
