Domaine de Boisbuchet is now recruiting someone for agricultural and handyman work

The Domaine de Boisbuchet is a 150-hectare estate on which around 15 hectares and some 20 buildings are actively maintained. We are looking for a full-time, experienced and physically capable person for agricultural and handyman work, with a car driving licence, mechanical skills, and a good level of French language. His tasks include mowing the meadows with the tractor in summer, making firewood with the splitting machine in autumn, maintaining the wood-fired central heating in winter, carrying out repairs to and in the buildings in spring and looking after our (very autonomous) 60 sheep, 6 chickens and 3 horses all year round as well as maintaining paths, fences, hedges and trees. The salary corresponds to a SMIC. There is a flat on the estate and we could possibly engage a partner for garden, kitchen, service and cleaning work.
